Called Dell for trouble with my new printer Dell V505W...I was transfered from USA to Canada, then to technical support. The rep had to read instructions while I waited...His English not great, highly accented (from India?). Long story short...after about 12 hours on the phone, over about one month, with 4 other calls to technical help, including the final call to customer service where I was transfered back to tech support again AGAINST my wishes... I was eventually sent 2 (!) replacement Dell V505W replacement printers...EACH one had EXACTLY the same problem (paper jam). I called again Dell tech support, was escalated to a manager. I agreed to another (!) printer but this time a different model: the Dell 968. I kept my same contract terms and did not ask for any refund or any compensation. I received the Dell 968...it was REFURBISHED!! with no power adapter, no power cord, no disk to upload the driver, no ink cartridges. I called again Dell, and returned this Dell 968 the same day.
