“Got hung up on..finally got "corporate" told acct. had been resolved. They screwed with service anyway but would not shut it off until original amt. was paid!! No notes on acct. it was if we never called. As far as original contract...WHAT ORIGINAL CONTRACT?!!...made mistake and told them about complaint site...it no longer can be found. These complaints included: LIES customers were told..EXTRA FEES added after the fact..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE after the fact..NO ENGLAIS on part of customer service reps..HANG UPS from cust. service...U name it they were there and unfortunately we can qualify all of them...they never send us the same bill twice..but always want their money!! Apparently they have'nt up-dated their customer service hand-book because the LIES are getting to be OLD!!!!”
