"Your customer service is non-existant. I have an open complaint that no one will talk to me about. Numerous (more than 30 over the past 8 months) phone calls are not returned. You also con not provide a bill based on actual readings to prove that I owe over $900 for a month I previously set up to be out of state. I am getting a lawyer."
