"First call put on terminal hold after wading through the lengthy messages. Waited 7 minutes, took another call while waiting, then got disconnected from Comcast. Second call, used the *# technique 3 times, got the message to leave name and phone number to hold place in line and wait for a call back. That wait took 10 minutes but did get a call back and service I needed. "
