<description><![CDATA[Citi Cards tip: After year of responsible behavior on my part and a balance due, Citi Credit tripled my apr from 10.24 to 29.99.  I feel sooo strongly about Citi's mistreatment, I want it known that they are GREEDY CHEATS!  After the American consumer bailed them out they are now throwing us to higher aprs and simple statement fees.  This should be considered unethical business practice.  I will never ever ever inquire to Citi credit ever ever again.  They forgot where they came from.]]></description>
