Comments from customer: I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Chase Home Finance customer service representatives since becoming their customer 3 months ago.  I am frequently hung up on when being transferred, or I press 0 to talk to a customer service rep and get hung up on or told they are closed (in the middle of the day!).  The 'human beings' on the other end of the line are almost universally unable to actually answer my question, and Chase Home Finance has managed to screw up my property taxes, homeowner's insurance, and monthly payment in just 3 short months!  The quality improvement program at Chase is clearly not working.  I am beyond dissatisfied with the company, and would do absolutely anything to never EVER have to deal with them again. I spent an entire day trying to get through to a human being, and after waiting 30 minutes, gave up and tried again later (10 more times that day) and never got a rep.  Disastrous.]]></description>

On hold for 7 minutes for a Chase rep who was very nice, apologised and said she couldn't access my WaMu home loan # (it's 11 days AFTER the "Official" change over on Oct.23 2009) and said sh had to transfer my call to a WaMu agent and that would take another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes a lady came on, said her "system is down" and she had to transfer me to someone else! Ater 10 more min. I hung up! All I wanted was had "Yes" or "No" answer! And these people want my money!!!!!!! ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Chase Home Finance tip: I have been a customer of Chase for nearly 4 yrs, Have my payments on automatice debit not problems. Until recently, apparently they have changed into a new system and the system reversed 3 payments and they stated I was 2 months behind and of course they wanted payment NOW! When I called they attempted to get rude until I started reading off both statements I had recieved; then they want to look into my account harder and realize that oh yes our system messed up, but oh I am sorry our customer service department is closed you will have to call back when they are open so they can fix your account here is debt collections we can't fix it. whatever I am so frustrated with Chase I am about to refinance with my bank this is getting stupid~!! ]]></description>
