"What a NIGHTMARE!!! On hold for 7 minutes for a Chase rep who was very nice, apologised and said she couldn't access my WaMu home loan # (it's 11 days AFTER the "Official" change over on Oct.23 2009) and said sh had to transfer my call to a WaMu agent and that would take another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes a lady came on, said her "system is down" and she had to transfer me to someone else! Ater 10 more min. I hung up! All I wanted was had "Yes" or "No" answer! And these people want my money!!!!!!! "
