Charter Communications Tip from Dec 01, 2009

Charter needs to establish local call centers. Service in its central call center is extremely poor and dysfunctional. I live in the Pearl River, La. area and have not been satisfied with the central office communicating problems to the local office without numerous phone calls and lengthy time periods. I am not alone in being dissatified. Numerous people have switched to satelite connected servers with much satisfaction. Without having trees removed that is not possible for me, but I often think it would be worth it.
