“Charter is the worst cable company that you can ever have. They have horrible customer service, never make up huge mistakes to their customers, on the contrary, they usually pass their mistakes (and any charges) on to their customers. They take advantage of rural customers who historically have had little choice with programming. If you live in one of these unfortunate areas, I hope your not a sports fan. They block out games that other cable providers just air. I am so done with Charter and getting Direct TV. I would rather have the choice to watch more than ONE game on Sunday when there is 2 fox channels. Even though in my area these two Fox channels offer two different games, they only show one, block out the other.”
