“The first time I call 1888-getcharter, I got someone that could barely understand me. She had long pauses between questions like she was speaking to someone else. All I wanted to do was return a modem. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and my call with her lasted about 7 before I hung up. I tried 1-866-472-2200 and didn't say anything until I got a human. Hold time was about 10 seconds. I spoke with a guy called Chris that helped me with all my questions and the entire call was 5 min 25 sec.”
