Worst Customer service since I dealt with US Cellular in 1998. They quote you one price...charge you another...then when you call to ask them to stand behind their promise...they try to explain why they shouldn't have to...then they agree to it verbally...then charge you something different anyway. Round and round with these people all because I cancelled my cable and they called to offer it at a super low price $10 more than what I was paying for internet...but they never backed it up. People have been nice on the phone....but I never end up with what they agree to. They are a bunch of crooks, and I feel sorry for the people that have to work for them.
