Charter Communications Customer Review - nocharterplease

Charter's service is terrible, and requires you to say "agent" repeatedly in order to get a person. In addition, the automated system will say "actually, I think I've got this" in a sarcastic manner while trying to make you use the automated system. A truly horrid company, and one I would never willingly work with.
