Horribly fed up with these guys!!! the tech support guy takes no time to blame it on me saying that its my computer problem when i know all my neighbors are not able to access the internet. When confronted with that, the manager says you are receiving the internet at very low cost and he "doesn't give a damn". Can't wait to get rid of them
