“They offered their Black Friday Specials online on Thursday at 5:00a.m. I couldn't get the laptop I wanted (sold out)but ordered a pretty decent one at a good price. That was Nov. 26...they said it was backordered???? Today they sent an email that they cannot get that laptop would I settle for one with 1Gb less of memory. After a 30 min. wait, the customer service girl transferred my call to the .com people for help. The .com guy said he would take care of sending me out the different model and would send a confirmation e-mail. After waiting all day, I still don't have a confirmation e-mail and I'm afraid I just got the run-around. I will likely end up with no computer and no satisfaction. We will see. Why advertise what you can't provide????”
