Recently I had got very ill and had to be 911 emergency evacuated out of country and with failed attempts to contact bell before I left I am now left with a huge roaming bill. We attempted to reach the office several times but was passed around and cut off and my situation was critical and my husband and dad had to leave as soon as they were ready to get me on the plane. My husband said we would have to deal with it when we get back. Waited for my new bill and to feel better and contacted you. Had 2 nice people on the phone and was told all they could do was give me a 50 dollar credit. I would have switched plans if I could have because I had a huge bill in January that I learned my leason for because I had went to the states and didn't do it. I told the girl what I am upset at is the fact that I pay my bills, I have been a customer for many years now, and my situation is a little different than some who are just trying to get out of paying, I was dying and couldn't get through on a l
