I had loads of problems with my Blackberry and now that it is a paper weight I am not going to spend another $150 for a new phone with a company that has no customer service.  This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.  **Consumer Beware- Stay away from Bell**]]></summary>

Comments from customer: I've been overcharged for 7 months, 5 phone calls over this period of time 6 reps and a supervisor later may bill arrived today and I am still being overcharged (which they agree I am but can't seem to correct). Comments from customer: totally unreliable service, ignore all request and then try to make up charges that weren't requested by assigning themselves a confirmation number. Rude and arrogant costumer service representatives. Condenscending and refused access to manager to clear up problems. Very quick to send collection agency to collect money not owed.  I hate Bell]]></summary>

I used the 310-2355 number, entered "1" then my phone number followed by "Customer Service", "Billing" then "Telephone". They must have made a change because I've waited ages before.]]></summary>

<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[Bell Canada (Canada) tip: Last April I moved and switched my home phone from Bell to Rogers.  But Bell Canada kept billing me.  I kept calling customer service to inform them of the incorrect billing and each time they said they would take care of it.  Then I started getting collection notices from Bell saying they were going to cut off my phone service so I tried again and again to get it straitened out with Bell, but to no avail.  Then the Collection agency letters started coming.  And now its been 16 months and Bell canada is still wanting to collect for months I was never a customer.  And by the way each time I called Customer Service I spoke to operators in India, Indonesia etc.  Can't understand why they are still called Bell Canada.]]></summary>
