“MY VISA CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN AND WAS USED AT SEVERAL PAYPHONES --- WHY DOESN'T BELL CANADA HAVE A MORE SECURE SYSTEM IN PLACE SUCH AS A PIN NUMBER REQUIRED TO PAY FOR CALLS --- I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY VICTIM OF THIS TYPE OF FRAUD -- I MAY GO TO THE MEDIA WITH THIS STORY”
