Last April I moved and switched my home phone from Bell to Rogers. But Bell Canada kept billing me. I kept calling customer service to inform them of the incorrect billing and each time they said they would take care of it. Then I started getting collection notices from Bell saying they were going to cut off my phone service so I tried again and again to get it straitened out with Bell, but to no avail. Then the Collection agency letters started coming. And now its been 16 months and Bell canada is still wanting to collect for months I was never a customer. And by the way each time I called Customer Service I spoke to operators in India, Indonesia etc. Can't understand why they are still called Bell Canada.
