“Bank of America has the most useless on-line customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Depending on the day of the week and whomever answers the phone, the answers to my questions are different. They have worn my patience as thin and it can be. I HATE DEALING WITH BANK OF AMERICA. I didn't pick them....my mortgage was taken over by them. DON'T PICK BANK OF AMERICA FOR ANYTHING.”
