“An addition $1,000 was taken out of my account without my consent from bank of america. I have my mortgage with them and because of their error re: taxes for the following year, they automatically took additional money out for back taxes which had already been paid 2 months prior. The worst customer service ever in my opinion. Was told I had to wait 24 hrs. before my acct. was refunded and almost 48 hrs. later now I am still without my $1,000. Am currently following up on this and am ON HOLD once again.”
