“Even after speaking to the Bank informing them that we would be out of the country and would need to use our ATM card. The Bank blocked our account. The Bank could not be reach by cell phone because they the electric message kept hanging up. And we could not access our money leaving us without access to funds. The worst Customer Service that I have had with any Banking system. ”
