“To get a live person: If you call and press the choices for cancelling a membership or any of the "negative" choices, the recording will say that due to high call volume, they cannot take the call and to call back. The recording will always say this. Instead, press the choices for adding someone to your membership or some other choice that involves spending money and you will be connected almost immediately to a live person. That person won't be able to help you, but at least it's not a recording.”
