Yesterday without, the short cut I couldn't navigate through the automated options to find someone to help me at all. I had been caught in a cycle of automated responses and I just wanted to talk to someone about lowering my direct debit because I was paying too much each month. I got through to a UK call centre straight away after pressing 0 repeatedly and the woman sorted my account out and refunded me the credit on my account in less than a minute!]]></summary>

Andrew Gregson (Eng Ref 6025 47446) rang us to tell us what time he would be with us.  He came at that time.  He then took his shoes straight off without been asked.  We were very impressed with his service.  He sorted out our problem for us.]]></summary>
