“This worked amazingly well for a billing enquiry. I had been caught in a cycle of automated responses and I just wanted to talk to someone about lowering my direct debit because I was paying too much each month. I got through to a UK call centre straight away after pressing 0 repeatedly and the woman sorted my account out and refunded me the credit on my account in less than a minute!”
