I am expressing my extreme disappointment in American Express for screwing up my automatic payment plan after I had to call to set it up twice after which they still did not set me up on monthly auto payments as I requested and the result was cancellation of my card and an "Oh Well", re-apply for a new card. Like I will ever get another card and Oh-What about my credit report showing that I had a cancellation by them? Thanks a lot American Express. Signed, Loyal Customer of 10 years who came upon a bad spot in this great economy of ours.
