“I keep trying to call AMEX gift cards at 877-297-4438 for a $200 gift card that never reached it's intended address/recipient. I'm on hold for 30-40 mins. and each time I get a person, I then get hung up on by the rep and have to start all over again. This is frustrating and has been going on for weeks. Not sure when AMEX is going to help me. I'm looking for a contact for help.”
