AmericanGreetings.com rating from customer: 1.0 out of 5: Horrible. Comments from customer: I been trying since March 9 to cancel my free trial which the 9th would have been the 11th day of my free trial. I signed up on the 26th of Feb and there are only 28 days in Feb this year. It wouldn't let me cancel then I tried on March 11th again it wouldn't let me do it. Then on the 12th they charged my bank account so on the 15th Monday I started to look for a phone number on the website and there was none! I had to google it. I found it and saw a tip there saying ask for new membership I was put on hold spoke to a girl named Kristine and then when she said she was going to do something. She Did She disconnected our call. She asked for my phone number why didn't she call me back!!All I want is my money back! This is thee worst experience I have ever had. I will not recommend these services to anyone!

AmericanGreetings.com tip: I was given a 30 day trial period and I tried several times to cancel and couldn't. The only way I could get a live person was to call 1-800-711-4474 and pick the option new membership. We spoke and she said it was only a 14 day trial period and even if it was I tried several time to cancel it when she was about to do something about it we got diconnected. Poor example of customer service. I will never recomend this company or service to anyone!

AmericanGreetings.com tip: The telephone number does not give you a live person.

It gives you a message that your account is paid for another month, even though you don't want the account at all.

Very frustrating and had to dispute the charge two months in a row now.

Discover Card reps have been very helpful and have finally taken care of the problem for me
