“Order ID:102-0474831-6957869 was advertised as an encaustic hot pen with set of 4 hot tips. What I received is a woodburning set that heats to 950 degrees instead of the low temperature needed for wax encaustics. I already had a better one that what came. It was NOT what I ordered and I want to send back this product and get my money back.”
