“I too have found Amazon customer support helpful in the past -- until I had a problem with an order placed on their website that turned out to actually involve one of their "marketplace partners". They passed the buck to the "partner", who passed it back to Amazon,. All the fabled Amazon politeness vanished, replaced by the rudest, most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had.”
