“My experience with them has always been wonderful until I received my Kindle as a gift. Now the person who bought it for me is getting billed for my NY Times subscription every month. I have spent hours trying to change this, but ealing with people in Bangalore is really awful. They may think they speak English but not the kind that is understandable to most Americans. Please, Jeff, bring this part of your CS operation back stateside.”
