“American answered phone and was very helpful. Package from Amazon UK via Home Delivery Ltd late in coming. Observed the delivery van passing my road at the usual HDL delivery time without dropping the parcel. HDL have no contact number listed anywhere so could not contact them. The lady in the American call centre rang the HDL Ipswich Depot in UK. Parcel arrived latter that afternoon with another van. ”
