Back in January I was unable to find out how many minute I had used. A call to Alltel went unanswered. I called my store of purchase and left a message to call me. My seller called back next morning before I was up. I was in Texas. He went so fast I did not get what he was saying. I called again and asked him to return my call. He did not. I called a third time---no response. I called the company again and got a live rep. He said to wait while he checked my phone record. He never came back. After 2 weeks I finally could get my minutes. By that time I was 180 over. When I got home I went to the store. The manager said she would try to get me a reduction of at least 25% but would try for 50%. I got neither. They gave me a courtesy reduction of $4. Which was what they overcharged me for having called Alltel, supposedly at no fee. Oh, and I paid my 50% when I left the store. They will not give me the name of somebody higher up to call and I can not find a name on line.
