While traveling out of coverage, Alltel calls to tell me my bill is late, and left a number to call back. When i got the message, i called back. Their prerecorded prompts only offer two options, "press one to pay now", or "press star to hear again". No options are given for alternate contact, or to speak with a customer service rep. This is asinine and obnoxious. Stop assuming that pre-recorded prompts can address every situation. Until I found GetHuman, I could not reach a live voice.
