“I HAD CALLED TO CANCELL MY POLICY A WEEK PRYOR AND THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY SAID THEY TOOK THE MONEY BECAUSE I NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL MY POLICY....TERRIBLE I'VE NOW BEEN ON HOLD OVER 45 MINUTES AFTER I SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON......”
