The first people you typically talk to are in the billing department. These are the outsourced CSRs, and they have very limited things they can help you out with. Simply ask to speak with someone in the license department and you'll get put on hold and transferred to someone who can actually get what you need. Also, avoid calling late in the day, hold times can be pretty bad after 5pm (hours +), but if you call first thing in the morning hold times are typically less then 5 minutes.
