Comments from customer: Totally worthless!... customer service numbers are just fake and just yoyo you back between #'s with no one ever answering!... The only way is to call reservation and be lucky to get someone nice to help you.. or go to the Air France office (ex:NYC) unless it's snowing and they leave early... :-)]]></summary>

I recommend other airlines as even with feedback that isn't positive they still remain poor.  If you fly to the airport in Paris expect long waits, dirty floors, and people that could care less about assisting you.]]></summary>

When you get to the end, it says, system unable to complete the request.  When I called, I was told, "Oh, of course you have to call us to change a reservation.  Since there'll be a price differential, you can't do it online."    ]]></summary>

Comments from customer: I am very tall, so I had chosen a middle bulkhead seat on an air france flight from Paris to Los Angeles. A couple who spoke very little english asked me to move to the aisle seat so that they could sit together.  I attempted to politely explain that I had been assigned the seat months ago, and needed the middle seat so that my legs would not stick out into the aisle.  Being the troubleshooter and peacemaker that I am, I then went to the flight attendant to see if he could accommodate them elsewhere. Meanwhile the couple starting raising hell to a female flight attendant, and she was LAUGHING at me as I sat between these two extremely rude people.  They were talking loudly over me on each side as if I didn't exist. I had to sit in between to obnoxious selfish people, and the flight attendant thought it was amusing.  The service on air france is horrible.  I will not fly with them ever again.]]></summary>

Today when the agent went to get a  the sales guy at Airfrance office refused to issue my ticket today stating my Passport is fake/Doubtfull. I talked to him personally, I requested him to give it in writing that my AMERICAN PASSPORT IS FAKE according to AIRFRANCE STAFF. He refused and said he doesnt need to do that, becuz he is telling me he is not going to issue my ticket on the reason my passport is fake.. I believe this is extremely unethical on AIRFRANCES part and I also belive a serious action should be taken against Sales Staff of Airfrance as well as management.
