"I would like to share my amazing Air Canada experience. Today, September 21, 2009, Joanna (Jazz flight attendant in Vancouver) went above and beyond my expectations. The night previous I had slipped and hurt my back, but figured I would be okay to travel. I hopped on my flight from Prince George to Vancouver only to discover my back pain and swelling was unbearable. When I landed in Vanvcouver I could barely walk- Joanna located a cart for me and drove me to the next gate. She cancelled my flight to Whitehorse, rebooked me on the next flight, and helped me get my bag off the plane and rechecked. She also got me settled in the Air Canada lounge with a bag of ice for my back. I can't tell you how comforting and helpful Joanna was! Her empathy, caring and smiling face helped a horrible day feel more tolerable. Thank you Joanna.
