Air Canada tip: So you call this number, press 1 for English, then press 0 for the operator. Then the pre-recorded voice tells you "That is not a valid selection". Oh the fun! So you keep pressing 0 for like 4 times and finally she says "All our operators are currently busy." I finally got through though. I love that the first 3 times it tells me 0 is not a valid selection. Such quality service. If you really feel suicidal, call their other line 1-888-422-7533 where pressing 0 will end up getting you this: "I think you want to talk to an operator, but if you answer a few questions, we can resolve it here." And you never EVER get connected to an operator. Thank you Air Canada! No wonder you are bankrupt for the 2nd time.
