Tip from CantYouTellImDisgruntled

"So you call this number, press 1 for English, then press 0 for the operator. Then the pre-recorded voice tells you "That is not a valid selection". Oh the fun! So you keep pressing 0 for like 4 times and finally she says "All our operators are currently busy." I finally got through though. I love that the first 3 times it tells me 0 is not a valid selection. Such quality service. If you really feel suicidal, call their other line 1-888-422-7533 where pressing 0 will end up getting you this: "I think you want to talk to an operator, but if you answer a few questions, we can resolve it here." And you never EVER get connected to an operator. Thank you Air Canada! No wonder you are bankrupt for the 2nd time." read more tips like this »
