"So you call this number, press 1 for English, then press 0 for the operator. Then the pre-recorded voice tells you "That is not a valid selection". Oh the fun! So you keep pressing 0 for like 4 times and finally she says "All our operators are currently busy." I finally got through though. I love that the first 3 times..."
