“I had a pet odor problem in my carpet, and I contacted water-damage-la.com to see if they could clean it. Jim suggested replacing the padding so, we set up another appointment and replaced the padding. Now the carpet is clean and the odor is gone. I was so happy with his job that I referred him to my mom and I will definitely use their services again. ”
