Codplay: 31 Oct, 2009 (20 days ago)	"When you call, it will ask you if you want service in English to say "English", or Press 1. Do this, and then press *. The system will then ask if you want to speak to an Agent, and to say "Agent" or press 0. As soon as you do this, you will be put in the hold-line (which can take forever on its own!)" more »
