<description><![CDATA[Advanta Bank Corp. rating from customer: 1.0 out of 5: Horrible.  Comments from customer: Every time you call to Advanta, it goes to call center in India. I'm not against that per se. but I know many of them do fanastic job if proper service tools are available. In Advanta's case, they do not give authorization to approve on any matters. ]]></description>
