Now I have been trying to activate a Photoshop CS2 for 25 days. Service people don't seem to know how to do it. I have been disconnected by them 3 times. I needed to have my company's account unlocked so I could get to the volume licensing keys.  It took three people, but I got the site unlocked.]]></summary>

I called their support line at 800-833-6687 and chose option 1 for general support.  After 40 minutes of patiently waiting, 40 minutes of not even talking to a single human I hung up and called again.  The second time I called and choose the second option of ordering software.  As I assumed I got a person on the line talking to me in less than 10 minutes.  Service was ok once I got someone to talk to]]></summary>
