I spent 40 minutes on the line trying to get adobe to unlock an account for my company. I called their support line at 800-833-6687 and chose option 1 for general support. After 40 minutes of patiently waiting, 40 minutes of not even talking to a single human I hung up and called again. The second time I called and choose the second option of ordering software. As I assumed I got a person on the line talking to me in less than 10 minutes. Service was ok once I got someone to talk to
