"I purchased my Acer notebook in Jan 2009, I started having problems with the computer in Sept 2009, then the bad news followed right away, I called the phone # in Temple,TX The customer service lady was from India and I could not understand her, I asked for an American and she said they could not supply one, what a shame(Shame on America) now finally I got her to try to help me and she did I am really disappointed with Acer and all American companies that practice these practices.
