I called the "customer service" number and spoke with the rudest, most disrespectful service rep ever. The laptop we purchased last year started having problems right around the one year mark and two months later the hard drive crashed. The rep said that Acer would do nothing for us, that he couldn't and wouldn't transfer me to anyone higher up and proceeded to hang up on me. Based on that experience, I will not buy Acer products.
