Comments from customer: They have been charging me for a faster internet speed, yet delivering the lower speed! Check your internet speed against what your suppose to be getting! Really poor customer care. Now I have to call and fight with the billing department. AT&T services are good when you get what you pay for. But you have to watch them to make sure they are not ripping you off. ]]></summary>

Called 8002882020 15 times and could not get anyone eventhough internetsays 24/7 tech support!! Found this website with 888 number and got a REAL AMERICAN PERSN in less than 30 seconds!!! He was WONDERFUL and remote and TV were working within 5 minutes or less!!!!!]]></summary>

<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[AT&T U-Verse tip: came in 6 times and it was always outside at the pole. but they were so stupid they tried to put a new wire into our house. tore up landscaping.wire on the ground and around and around the big tree in front across the front yard over the steps. nothing was better it was worse. then they came in and said they had to check my computer. my husband said no!!!!he would come get me.i have m.s. and my brand new gate way was set up for me only. the guy went in while i was getting up and he messed up my computer so bad i can't open mail that has pictures or bills or documents. it says adobe 8.1 stopped working.also i can't get any short cut icons to come back up. what a mess and no help from u-verse. i am going to shut them down. also the guy who was here said he worked for att for 20 years. my 38 year old son was here for a visit and heard it. he cofronted the guy/my son had fired him 2 months ago from a full time day job. the guy said he was told to tell people that by u-verse because they would trust him more. he also admitted he had no computer training and did not even own a computer'the edwards]]></summary>

<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[AT&T U-Verse tip: Horrible customer service when you have a problem or try to un-subscribe.  Dad was in hospital for 4months so wanted to stop cable.  On phone from person to person for 2 hours.  I was practically in tears until they reassured me the way to do it.  Signed back on now, still a battle to correct the charges.  NEVER even get started with this racket PLEASE.]]></summary>
