Horrible customer service when you have a problem or try to un-subscribe. Dad was in hospital for 4months so wanted to stop cable. On phone from person to person for 2 hours. I was practically in tears until they reassured me the way to do it. Signed back on now, still a battle to correct the charges. NEVER even get started with this racket PLEASE.
