“They have been charging me for a faster internet speed, yet delivering the lower speed! Check your internet speed against what your suppose to be getting! Really poor customer care. Now I have to call and fight with the billing department. AT&T services are good when you get what you pay for. But you have to watch them to make sure they are not ripping you off. ”
